Expected New Characters and Events (3.1 – 3.6)
Version 3.1
- Luuk: A blonde male character with a mechanical-looking arm, likely a teacher or scientist at Star Tour Academy. Expected to be Spectro or Electro. Exact role is not fully detailed yet.
- Sigrika: A 5-star Fusion or Spectro support character. Framed as an “enabler” rather than a pure damage dealer. Kit details are still limited.
- Galbrena & Qiuyuan: It's still unclear if there will be double reruns again, but Galbrena and Qiuyuan are strong candidates. There’s also a chance older 1.0 units (like Jiyan, Jinhsi, Changli, Yinlin) could return, especially since several 1.0 units received buffs in 3.0.

Version 3.2
- Lucilla: Expected to be a 5-star Electro bow character. Likely paired with a rerun banner (Chisa is a strong candidate).

Version 3.3
- 3.3 Anniversary Event: Expected to coincide with Wuthering Waves’ second anniversary. Kuro may introduce a special event, similar in impact to Cartethyia, with multiple rerun banners possibly returning at once.
- Sigrika & Pink-Haired Character: If Sigrika doesn’t release in 3.1, this is where she likely shows up, along with that mysterious pink-haired character everyone’s been curious about.

Version 3.4
- Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Collab: Characters like Lucy and Rebecca are expected to appear in a banner. David’s inclusion is not guaranteed, depending on CD Projekt Red’s approval.

Version 3.5 – 3.6
- Scar: A 5-star Fusion DPS who uses a rectifier. His kit revolves around car mechanics, throwing cards that act as traps, detonating for AoE damage and slowing enemies. His ultimate may create a domain that changes the battlefield, granting buffs or protection to the whole team.

This roadmap gives a leak-based preview of 3.0–3.5 pulls. Lynae and Mornye are strong, versatile 5-star units, one DPS, one support, so pulling them in 3.0 can be worthwhile. Later versions and collab banners highlight who to save for, especially the 3.3 anniversary reruns. Always check official banners and patch notes, and plan based on your current roster and team needs.
