Related → Android Q features
Given Samsung past rollouts, the company could launch the Android Q beta (along with One UI 2.0) for the S10, S10 Plus, and S10e, in November-December.
You can expect the Galaxy S10 Android Q update to hit the stable version in January next year for the global model of the device (SM-G973F). The US models, ending with U/U1, should get the Android Q update 1-2 months after it’s available for the global model as the mobile networks of the country need to perform additional testing of their own before releasing the update.

Samsung Galaxy S10 One UI 2.0
It’s been rumored that Samsung plans to bring One UI 2.1 with the Galaxy S11, but as far Galaxy S10 is concerned, it should be receiving One UI 2.0 update with its Android Q build.
Hence, the S10 users will get One UI 2.0 update when they get Android Q. The One UI 2.0 will also be part of the Android Q beta updates, not just the stable updates.
